What payment methods do you accept ?
Shoptropicks.com accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Pay Pal.
Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 days. Cashiers' Check/Money.
Shoptropicks.com accepts cashiers' check and money orders written by United
States banks only. Checks should be written out to Tropicks Inc. Orders are
processed and shipped within 2-3 days of receipt of payment. Pay Pal,
shoptropicks.com accepts Pay Pal. Orders are processed and shipped within
2-3 days
Is Your Website Secure?
All personal data and credit card details transmitted via our website,is

We ship to most countries via UPS worldwide.
Where are the products shipped from?
All our products are shipped from our US location in Orlando, Florida.
Return Policy
All unopened items may be return for a full refund or exchanged if the product
is damaged. Contact us at 407-968-2243 for your return authorization.
Please note the following: Returned items must be in their original state (i.e.,
new and unused condition) and contain all original materials included with the
shipment. All items must be received by Tropicks, Inc./shoptropicks.com within
fourteen days (14) of the date of purchase. Replacement item(s) will only be
shipped after the defective item has been received. All returned items will be
inspected and awarded a partial refund if opened or used. If the return is due to
our error (as described below), the full cost of the merchandise and shipping
charges will be refunded.
Items returned due to our error: Defective items, items damaged at the time of
receipt, and incorrect items received may be returned without penalty. Your
shipping charges will be waived. When we receive your return, we will inspect
the item and provide a replacement or issue a refund. If the product is not
found to be defective, shipping fees will apply and/or a partial refund may be
issued.
