Recipe Island Chicken 1 chicken, quartered ½ cup fresh Lime juice ½ cup Pickapeppa Sauce 1 (3oz.) can Ortega Chopped Green Chilies 2 oz. coconut milk 8 slices smoked bacon Salt quartered chicken and marinate overnight in oven proof dish with the following Mixture: ½ cup fresh lime juice ½ cup Pickapeppa Sauce 1 can green chilies 2 ouncesCoconut milk When ready to prepare, cover each piece of chicken with smoked bacon. Bake Uncovered in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. |
