Recipe Poached Redfish Pickapeppa 1 stick butter 4 shallots 4 garlic pods 4 tbsp. Pickapeppa Sauce ¼ cup water 4 red fish fillets Lemon slices Melt 1 stick of butter in skillet. Mix shallots and garlic pods and sprinkle into butter. Add Pickapeppa and water. Simmer until it blooms. Put in red fish fillets and poached for 10 minutes.Serve with plenty of the liquid. Add lemon slices on top. Serves-4 |
