Recipe Shooters Hill Marinated Fish (Grilled or Blackened) 3-4 lbs. fresh fillet of grouper tuna redfish amberjack or trout 2 ½ oz Pickapeppa Sauce 6-8 dashes Pickapeppa Red Hot Pepper Sauce ¼ cup Parsley ¼ cup sherry 4-6 cloves garlic (pressed) 1/3 cup olive oil ¾ tbsp. crushed rosemary Marinate seafood in stainless or glass bowl overnight (12 hours mixing occasionally) Grill or cook in a very hot iron skillet. (Shrimp, scallops or chicken breasts can be substituted.) Serves 4. |
